Mada'in launches Marina Arcade


Mada'in Properties yesterday launched their Dh1.25 billion flagship project Marina Arcade in Dubai property Marina as the first step in building a Dh3 billion portfolio in 2008.

"The Marina Arcade is a fitting tribute to the vision of the marina development, as well as Dubai's meteoric ambitions," said Abdul Aziz Al Awar, chief executive officer of Mada'in Properties.

Marina Arcade will consist of one 60 - storey towers connected by a glass roof shopping arcades.

The project will cover a total of 950125.68 square feet, including seven townhouses with gardens and a hot tub on the roof with Marina Arcade.

There will also be a number of one bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses.

There will also be parking for 850 cars.

Recreational facilities include a fitness room, sprawled over three floors and each floor more than 38000 square feet.

There will also be a Dubai property roof garden with a running track and a wide assortment of designer shops and cafes.

This project should be completed in June of 2011 and prices will start from Dh2, 050 per square foot from the sixth floor upwards.

Marina Arcade is the first of four projects to be launched this year at a total cost of Dh3 billion.
